American Red Cross now offering Continuing Education Units and Two-Year Certification for Professionals.

Continuing Education Units

Many of our course takers are professionals who need continuing education units to maintain a license and/or certification.  Examples include nurses, social workers, recreation professionals, teachers and day care workers.  The American Red Cross is now approved by the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET) to offer continuing education units (CEUs) for approved Red Cross training courses and presentations.  Effective November 3, training course participants and presentation attendees across all lines of service is able to obtain CEUs via the Red Cross online store at www.redcrossstore.org.  IACET’s Critria for Quality Continuing Education and Training Programs are the standards by which hundreds of organizations measure their educational offerings.  To find out more go to www.iacet.org.
