Welcome to Jefferson Community Health Care Centers
Jefferson Community Healthcare Centers (JCHC), a Federally Qualified Health Center, is a non-profit organization established for the delivery of healthcare to the impoverished, uninsured, and underinsured residents in and around Jefferson Parish. JCHC began its operations 2004, with their primary location at 4028 U.S. Hwy. 90, in Avondale, LA. In response to the need for healthcare, JCHCC expanded its service sites to now include 3 locations: Marrero, River Ridge, and Avondale, LA.
In their commitment to the delivery of quality healthcare, JCHC received Joint Commission Accreditation in April 2008. JCHC employs qualified clinical and support personnel with years of experience in their chosen field. A full range of services are offered, which includes medical care, mental healthcare, and dental care to adults and children.
