A non-profit Federally Qualified Health Care Center established to treat the uninsured, underinsured and underserved, regardless of ability to pay. JCHCC has primary and preventive care, with physicians in several specialties including Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Podiatry and Optometry. JCHCC also provides urgent care for non-emergency cases (i.e. sprains, ear/skin/eye infections, insect bites, etc.) JCHCC accepts Medicaid, Medicare, most private insurance, and cash. Cash patients are charged on a sliding fee scale based on household size and income. Doctor's visits range from $20 to $65 based on this scale. Three facilities in the area.
