- Audubon Charter School is closely monitoring Tropical Storm Gustav. We will update the website with new information as needed. The official announcement of school closing will come from the Administrative Offices via the Phone Broadcast, the local television stations and WWL 870 AM Radio.
- The Schools Facilities Master Plan for Orleans Parish Audubon's board and administration will study the plan's full details to determine how it impacts Audubon. If it is determined that we need to push for any change to the plan, we will let everyone know so that we can respond with a strong and unified voice.

- Arts Reach registration will take place Tuesday, August 26, for Broadway classes only, and Thursday, August 28, for Carrollton classes only 3:00 - 5:30 school cafeteria at both sites.
- PTO Fundraising news - Our Fundraising Co-Chairs are seeking volunteers. Teachers need help on Picture Days - Wednesday, Sept 3 & Friday, Sept 5. And one of our biggest fundraisers Innisbrook Collection Sale - gift wrap, gifts,
gourmet chocolate, subscriptions
- needs parent volunteers to help make it a sucess! Please contact Lora or Shelley if you are able to volunteer.
- Individual school pictures - Don't forget to send the completed form with your child on picture day - Wednesday Sept 3, Carrolton Campus, and Friday Sept 5, Broadway Campus. Packets will be going home next week or download the Order Form now. Make checks payable to Romaguera.
