The mandatory evacuation of St. Bernard and Orleans Parishes, as well as the curfew that is still in effect will make it difficult for Nunez Community College to reopen on the originally stated date of Thursday September 4.
Therefore, the College will not resume regular business operations until Monday morning, September 8, 2008. Classes will also resume on Monday, September 8, 2008. Facilities Administration and key personnel should check in with their supervisor(s) ASAP for assignments. Please monitor this site for further information.
